In order to be eligible to enter, participants must have an AWDF recognized scorebook, or post a $50 scorebook bond. The bond will be refunded if the handler presents the scorebook to the trial secretary within 48 hr of the completion of the trial.

LIABILITY STATEMENT

It is understood by the owner/handler that every dog at this event shall at all times be in the care, control and custody of the owner/handler. The undersigned agrees to be fully responsible for the actions of his/her dog(s) at all times while on the trial grounds. It is further understood that the undersigned owner/handler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the TOP K9 Utah, its members, its officers and directors, and all property owners from all liability, claims, and causes of action which he/she may have arising from participation in this event.

Pre-entries, including payment, must be received by October 30, 2021. No refunds after entries close.
